Route description
The starting point is the Roggen car park in Oberiberg. Via Tschalun the path at first runs flat; from kilometre 1.1 the climb of 351 metres begins.
The route leads through the Sagentobel and the Chäswaldtobel; the steepest passage is 21 per cent at kilometre 2.5. Via the Guggerenloch the highest point is reached at kilometre 4.2 at 1,481 metres.
At kilometre 4.3 the path passes the Fuederegg, then descends via the Laucherentobel. At kilometre 6.8 the Restaurant Buoffenalp invites you to a break, the only refreshment stop recorded.
After crossing the Minster at kilometre 7.9 the loop closes back at the starting point. Technically the path remains straightforward; sturdy footwear is enough. The route crosses the municipal boundary from Iberg into Oberiberg and can be walked from May to October.
