A short circuit on Rigi Scheidegg
600 metres, four metres of ascent and no gradient to speak of: this circuit right by Rigi Scheidegg is the shortest route in the whole collection. It suits a quick outing with small children or a leg-stretch between the ride up and the ride down.

Route description
The circuit begins and ends at Rigi Scheidegg at 1,646 metres. There are all of seven metres between the lowest and highest points, and the highest spot is reached after just 100 metres.
The route makes no technical demands; sturdy footwear is enough. At kilometre 0.5 stands the Berggasthaus Rigi-Scheidegg, so the loop combines well with a break. It is recommended from June to October.
