High-level path from the Klein Sternen to the Spirstock
2.9 kilometres, all of it above 1,660 metres: this short high-level path links the Klein Sternen at 1,805 metres with the Spirstock in the Hoch-Ybrig. An hour of walking and an elevation range of just 163 metres.

Route description
The starting point is the Klein Sternen, where the Bergrestaurant Sternen stands right at the start. As early as kilometre 0.3 the highest point of the route is reached at 1,825 metres.
The path then drops to 1,662 metres, the lowest point, and passes the Richtitobel. From kilometre 2.2 the only climb follows with 97 metres of ascent; the steepest section is 15 per cent.
At kilometre 2.9 the Spirstock is reached, where the Restaurant Spirstock invites you to a break. The walk ends at 1,760 metres by the Chöpfentobel.
Technically the route makes no particular demands, but because of the altitude it can only be walked from July to October. Both ends are served by the Hoch-Ybrig lifts, which makes planning easier. The route crosses the municipal boundary from Oberiberg into Schwyz.
