Loop from Immensee via Itelfingen
A flat loop on Lake Zug: 7.8 kilometres, a mere 110 metres of ascent and an elevation range of 84 metres. The tour is open all year round and suits families as well as a stroll outside the mountain season.

Route description
The starting point is Immensee at 418 metres on Lake Zug. The path leads through the Tieftal and at first stays largely level.
Via Böschenrot and Itelfingen at kilometre 4.3, the only climb worth mentioning follows from kilometre 4.7 with 78 metres of ascent. At kilometre 6.4 the highest point is reached at 497 metres, after which the loop closes back at Immensee.
The steepest section is around ten per cent, and the route makes no technical demands. At kilometre 1.5 the Restaurant Baumgärtli invites you to a break. The loop crosses the municipal boundary from Küssnacht am Rigi into Meierskappel.
