From Immensee to Küssnacht am Rigi
A short link between Lake Zug and Küssnacht that can be walked all year round: 4.2 kilometres, 129 metres of ascent and an hour of walking. The route leads through the historic Hohle Gasse.

Route description
The starting point is Immensee at 416 metres on Lake Zug. The path climbs gently and reaches the highest point at kilometre 1.6 at 513 metres, shortly after crossing the Giessenbach.
Via Tälleren the route reaches Küssnacht am Rigi at kilometre 2.1 and crosses the Dorfbach there. The walk ends at 453 metres; the elevation range is a mere 97 metres.
There are no climbs worth mentioning; the steepest section is ten per cent. Technically the walk makes no demands and is therefore suitable for families too.
Because the route stays low, it can be walked all year round. Food and drink are available in Immensee at the start and in Küssnacht am Rigi at the finish.
