Route description
The starting point is the village square in Morschach. The path leads via Bergi, Wilgis and the Schwyzerhöhe, climbing gently by 121 metres from kilometre 1.2.
At kilometre 3.4 the Nägelisgärtli is reached, where the Fyrabigbeizli Nägelisgärtli invites you to a break. Shortly afterwards, at kilometre 3.8, lies the highest point of the loop at 847 metres.
The path then descends back to the village square. The lowest point lies at 641 metres, and the gradient nowhere exceeds ten per cent.
Technically the walk makes no demands and is therefore suitable for all ages. It can be walked from April to October. Food and drink are available in Morschach at the start and finish.
