Route description
The starting point is the village square in Morschach, which is also the highest point of the loop. The path first descends to 496 metres, the lowest point.
From kilometre 1.9 the way back begins with 112 metres of ascent; the steepest section is 17 per cent at kilometre 2.4. At kilometre 2.6 the path passes the Hinter Wasi.
The route then leads back to the village square. Given its short length, the circuit combines well with one of the longer hikes from Morschach.
Technically the path makes no particular demands, but the short climb back calls for a little fitness. The loop can be walked from April to November. Food and drink are available in Morschach at the start and finish.
