Route description
The starting point is the village centre of Brunnen at the boat landing. The path crosses the Muota at kilometre 1.3 and leads through the village.
At kilometre 3.7 the highest point is reached at 466 metres; the lowest lies at 433 metres. There are no climbs worth mentioning; the steepest section is six per cent.
Technically the circuit makes no demands and is therefore suitable for all ages, including with a pushchair or small children.
Because the route is open all year round, it is an option in any season. Brunnen is served by rail and by boat, which makes the outing easy. Food and drink are available in the village along the route.
