Agro Energie Schwyz celebrates its 20th anniversary in 2026. At the Wintersried energy centre, the company turns slurry, green waste and sewage gas into electricity and district heating, climate-friendly and from the region.

With almost 2,000 building connections and more than 120 kilometres of district heating network, Agro Energie supplies the area of Schwyz, Ingenbohl, Steinen and Morschach. A piece of the circular economy in action, right in the middle of the Schwyz basin.
